Ok, First of all, I like the new looking layout of the site. I think you should move the chat button to a higher point on the page if possible

You mean the chatbox?? Remember, we said we will be hopefully getting a Xat chatbox.. Which will automatically appear at the bottom so you don't have to click a link.
If we can't, then maybe we can talk about what to do. Thanks for the advice.
